Our Mission:

To empower you in your athletic pursuit of more

What Makes us Different?

  • We pursue more than the general standard of care
  • We pursue more than recommendations to take it easy or stop doing what you love
  • We pursue more than the one-size fits all, quick-fix strategies of the masses
  • We pursue more than just getting you back to baseline

This requires high-quality, highly customized care. It requires a healthcare provider that truly wants to empower you to be in the driver’s seat and take charge. It requires knowledge and tools that will keep you progressing, training, and performing better - long after treatment is over.

We pride ourselves on being movement specialists who merge physical therapy with strength & conditioning, athletic performance, and holistic health principles to treat the whole person and achieve real, lasting results.

We pursue more, so YOU can too.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I schedule?
Contact us here online or give us a call at 713-364-5769
What should I expect on my first visit?

The initial evaluation is about 1-hour in length and will include a discussion regarding your injury, current physical condition, and future goals. From there, your physical therapist will perform a thorough physical examination, movement assessment, and a combination of hands-on treatment, exercise, and education for you to gain a better understanding of your body moving forward.

We will identify what exactly is going on regarding the problem you're experiencing, uncover the root cause, and teach you the process needed to overcome it (and keep it away for good!)

What do I wear?
Please wear something comfortable that you’re able to move in (such as workout clothes) since you will likely be active and performing exercises during your session. Layers or a change of clothes may be ideal for access to particular areas for manual therapy or dry needling.
Do I need a referral or prescription?

You do NOT need a referral from a doctor to initially come in and see us. In the state of Texas, you are able to be evaluated and treated for up to 2 weeks without a referral. Past this point, a referral will be needed and can come from an MD, DO, Physician’s Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Dentist, Podiatrist, or Chiropractor. If you have concerns about being able to get a referral in time just reach out to us and we can help.

If you are asymptomatic and are receiving health and wellness or sports performance services, then you do not need a prescription for physical therapy.

Do you accept my health insurance?
We are an Out-of-Network provider, meaning we do not directly accept insurance. Without all of the restrictive rules, visit requirements, or hidden costs that are often dictated by insurance companies, we are able to:
    • Be more transparent and flexible with our care
    • Spend more quality, in-depth 1-on-1 time with you
    • Perform treatments that are truly focused on your specific needs
    • Help you reach your goals often in less time and with fewer visits
Can I submit to my Insurance?

Depending on your insurance, you may be able to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

We are here to help and will provide you with invoices each session that you can use to submit to your health insurance provider for reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance company for details regarding requirements for reimbursement. We also accept FSA or HSA.

Will you work with my doctor, trainer, coach, therapist, massage therapist, etc...
Definitely! We believe that healthcare should be a collaborative effort.
Cancelation Policy?
Please provide 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. For cancellations under 24 hours, there will be a fee. No-show appointments will be charged the full price of the service. Your time and our time is valuable. Extenuating circumstances and special situations will be reviewed on an individual basis.
